What makes Webfactory Online Stores different from our competitors? Simple ? not only do we sell Webfactory online stores, we use them for our own websites. Now you can get the same exceptional features in your own online store.
Below you will see some of the features and enhancements that are available in both our basic and enhanced eCommerce websites. Our goal in developing websites has been to maximize the ability to customize the site yourself, facilitate management of large numbers of products, support large numbers of drop ship orders, meet the needs of a wide variety of products, and provide the specific features necessary to get to the top of the search engines.
- Our built in editor allows you to enter and format text and images without knowing HTML. If you prefer to use HTML just turn the editor off.
- Create your own introductory content for the home page, add content for the footer of all pages, and create your own policies, terms and conditions page. You can add text, images, flash and video content.
- Add images to appear in a horizontal scroll or random image display on the home page, if desired.
- Create as many categories and products as you want. We don?t set limits on the numbers of products that you add.
- Identify featured products and featured categories for the home page, as desired.
- Identify and display related products for any product.
- Allow for up to 4 lines of personalization of any product.
- Specify ?phone orders only? for any product ? for example, where a freight quote is required.
- Product and sub-product capability ? for example, where product page has related items displayed in a table style listing on the page. This allows customers to buy the main product and/or any sub products. You are also able to set the main product to be description only and the sub products will be the only products that can be added to the customers cart.
- Create your own product attributes and assign to your products for customer selection ? for example: color, size, finish, etc. You can assign as many attribute choices to a product as you want. Increased cost for an attribute can display as an additional charge or can display as the total price. It?s your choice.
- Copy multiple products at one time to create new products ? for example the same pieces of dinnerware in a different design or pattern. This is our multiple products manager and it allows you to copy, link, delete or move multiple products at a time.
- An editable product reports by vendor is available to facilitate product maintenance. For example, vendor price increases can be done through a spreadsheet type display rather than opening and editing each product.
- Drop shipping capability:
- Establish multiple vendors with related vendor information
- Create automated ?vendor specific? Purchase Orders for drop shipping. Our purchase orders allow you to add comments, and edit, insert and delete line items on the purchase order
- Establish shipping calculations by vendor ? for example, a flat rate for one vendor and a table rate for another
- Limit shipments to a specific geographic area ? for example, the continental U.S.
- Track each order through completion by assigning your own pre-defined order statuses. Filtering reports by order status allows you to see all of your orders in a particular status.
- Establish your own meta tags and url?s for Search Engine Optimization
We are continually adding customizations and updates to our basic and enhanced eCommerce websites which will be distributed on a periodic basis as part of the product maintenance cost.
