Our organization website incorporates the features of a shopping cart as well as a dynamic website to display unlimited pages of information about your organization, events and programs. Also included is an optional membership application that allows you to collect applications online, collect membership payments and sell items for fundraisers, tickets for events and more. Even if you don't use the shopping cart feature, our website allows you to create and display pages without the need to hire a website developer to make content or image changes to your website. You can even add additional buttons, links, flash files and pdf files.
Our Organization Website Package includes:
- Website setup and configuration.
- Online training provided for adding buttons, pages, text, images, links and basic use of the shopping cart feature
- Heading customization with one image or logo. Customized colors and fonts for website.
- Integration with one payment processing method including but not limited to Paypal, Linkpoint or Authorize.net.
- Feature rich administrative pages as well as website pages.
- Search engine optimized.
- Enabled for thousands of products and pages or just a few.
- Optional inventory management
- Dynamic web page addition.
- Ability to modify text, images and some design layout on the home page through the admin tool. Add flash files and images, link to pdf files.
- Ability to add up to 8 headers for your website. If more than one header is added, the page will refresh with a random selection of your header files.
- Ability to set any number of page images and up to 8 independent images to randomly display on the page. This showcase of images allows a customer to click and link to the page where the image is displayed.
- Add labels and content for horizontal buttons.
- Category buttons with text links for best search engine indexing of top level categories.
Additional fees not included in the price of the organization website are:
1) SSL Certificate (required for security when collecting customer information or processing credit cards) - annual fee of $110.00
2) Hosting and maintenance - $50.00 per month, payable monthly, quarterly or annually.
Although you do not need to purchase these at the time you purchase your online store, you will need to purchase these two additional items before your store will be ready for use.
3) Virtual storefronts for members.
A deposit of 50% is required before work will be started
