REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be made once work has begun on a website. Webfactory has a waiting period of 3 business days prior to commencement of work to allow for cancellation.

To order from Webfactory Online Stores, you must create an account. To create an account, you must provide your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is used as the default billing address used for processing your credit card.
The billing address is encrypted using SSL and securely submitted to Linkpoint credit card processing gateway when paying by credit card. The credit card number, the credit card expiration date and the credit card CVV number are never saved in our database or files and are sent securely to the credit card gateway for processing.
When placing an order on Webfactory Online Stores, we collect and store the ip address of the computer being used to place the order. We do this in an attempt to help prevent fraudulent transactions.
Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
All information that you provide, with the exception of the ip address collected and the credit card information which we do not save, can be edited or deleted by logging in to your account and editing your account information. Due to the risks associated with identifying customers over the telephone or via email we are not able to edit your information for you.
Changes to personal information will not be reflected on orders already placed. Orders already placed will retain the original shipping and billing address entered at the time of order.
